As the days become shorter and trees start to shed their leaves in preparation for winter, the whispers of Autumn beckon us to slow down.

After the fullness and expansiveness of the summer months we might find ourselves longing to rest, ground our energy, re-gather and turn more inwards.

Mother Nature gives us these seasonal reminders to press pause, tune in, and pay attention to our being. By doing so, we become available to what our body and mind is telling us.

This is where we can empower ourselves to take care of ourselves in a practical, wise and kind way.

In this seasonal cleanse we will be simplifying our daily routine, meals, and activities so our whole system is nurtured and strengthened for the darker months ahead. Transitioning into the Autumn can be a time when our immunity is more challenged so we will be focusing on practices and routines that increase stability, immunity, grounding, warmth and nurturing.

This weekend retreat will be a wonderful opportunity to pause,
to rest and restore the body and heart,
to harness the power of this potent time,
and let go of what no longer serves us.

And all from the comfort of your own home, with the benefit of close guidance and connection from myself.

How it works…

A week before the retreat begins you will receive an email containing preparation suggestions and an ebook that will include a suggested routine for the weekend. This includes simple recipes and self-care practices that are all designed to help your body cleanse and reset, so you can step into the Autumn feeling nourished and restored.

Don’t worry, I’ve kept the suggestions very simple so they will be very easy to integrate into your days!

You might choose to just engage in the whole routine, or just parts of it, or just the live yoga and deep rest sessions. This is about tuning in and listening to what your body needs. Respecting we all have different bodies and living situations, this weekend is completely flexible to your personal needs.

This weekend is about you carving out some precious time and giving yourself full permission to nourish yourself in whatever way feels deeply relaxing and restoring.

The retreat begins on the Friday evening, with a live zoom session to support you to ease your way into the weekend. If you cannot make it to one of the sessions, or the timings don’t work for you, then you can access the recording at your leisure! There will be time to ask any questions you have over the weekend.

This is all about coming together to support each other to find our own flow. To unite in deeply resting and recharging so we can cross the threshold into Autumn feeling deeply connected to self and Life!

What you will receive:

  • 2 x live online morning sessions.
    The morning sessions will be all about replenishing the body, clearing out the mind, and rejuvenating on all levels.

  • 3 x live evening sessions. The aim of these sessions is to facilitate deep rest and restoration through the whole system.

  • Each day I will offer and teach some simple self-care practices - you can weave these into your retreat to nourish and restore.

  • An e-book detailing simple meal plans for the weekend, including nutritional tips, simple recipes and self-care practices, herbs and supplements that can support immunity…all designed to help your body cleanse and reset,

  • You will be sent information a week before the retreat. Tips on how to prepare for the retreat, and suggestions to get the most out of the weekend.

What does the course include?

Each of the 5 live zoom sessions will include movement, breathing practices and deep rest to improve well-being on ALL levels.
You will also receive an e-book with self-care and nutritional tips, tricks and recipes to support the body-mind to cleanse, rest and recharge.

Do I need to have any prior experience of yoga or retreats?

No prior experience of yoga or retreats is necessary. Please feel free to come as you are -)


What if I can’t make all the sessions?

If you can’t make a session then you will be sent the recording soon after so you can listen and explore at your leisure!

Do I have to take part in the whole retreat?

No. In fact I really encourage you to tailor the retreat to your own needs as you go.
You might just attend the morning sessions, or just the evenings ones, or all of them.
You can drop into the retreat experience as much or as little as you need, or want.
