Here is a meditation for you to enjoy. You can practice ‘pausing for presence’ as a way of quietening and collecting your mind at any time of the day.
Each time you choose to do this your are developing your capacity to step out of the virtual reality of thinking and back into living presence.
Never underestimate how much difference these small regular visits to yourself make!
By interrupting those old habits of disconnection you can learn to nurture and care for yourself in a new way, ultimately becoming your own good friend.
