Your Meditation
Here is a meditation for you to enjoy.
Though we take thousands of breaths each day, we rarely notice how deeply it reflects and influences our inner world. By bringing gentle awareness to our breathing, we can begin to reconnect with our body, our feelings, and the present moment. As the breath slows and deepens, it softens areas of tension, supports relaxation, and opens space for greater Presence.
In any moment our breath can be a doorway into deeper connection. It reminds us that we are not separate.
Each in-breath and each out-breath connects us not only to ourselves, but to each other and to the world around us - an ongoing exchange that reflects our shared, interconnected nature.
Allow this practice to guide you back into that sense of connection and belonging - within yourself, and as part of something larger - connection really is just one breath away.
