It’s benefits have been well-documented by research and it has been scientifically proven to help people better cope with stress, depression and anxiety.

I’m Claire, your guide on the pathway to living your one, wild and precious life with joy and wisdom. I wholeheartedly believe in the importance of this work – not only at the individual level, but also because it can foster real transformation in the world.

About the Course

  • Eight weekly online sessions (each session is 2 hours)
    These are the sessions where you will explore and learn key mindfulness practices and exercises. You will be introduced to some simple concepts and theory that will support your experiential learning. There will also be time to dialogue to help develop and deepen your understanding.


  • A selection of specially designed audio practices
    These will really support you towards building a strong foundation of mindful awareness into your everyday life.


  • An inspiring handbook to accompany the course
    Each week you will receive a specific chapter to accompany each session, along with home practice invitations for each week.

  • Session 1 - The Power of Awareness

    Discover mindfulness and why it is both the doorway to fully living your wild precious life, in all it’s richness, and why it is the first essential step towards a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

  • Session 2 - Connecting with Inner Resource

    Learn how to befriend your nervous system so your whole being can be nourished by the rest and relaxation. Why the fight, flight and freeze response helps us to survive but not to thrive, and the pathways to self-compassion.

  • Session 3 - How to Work Skilfully with Difficulty

    Discover the patterns of reactivity that keep you trapped and how you can begin to break free from them. Learn how to compassionately relate to inner criticism for greater health and vitality.

  • Session 4 - Opening to Possibility

    Learn how ‘what we resist, persists’. Discover acceptance as power, not passivity, a door way to possibility and choice.

  • Session 5 - Caring for Ourselves in a New Way

    Explore the feminine and masculine qualities of self compassion, and why you need them both. Discover the power of self-compassion to heal relationships.

  • Session 6 - Creating New Beliefs

    Discover how to unhook from the inner judge and cultivate an inner helper. Learn how to life your life from the best version of yourself.

  • Session 7 - Retreat Session

    A deeply nourishing ‘retreat’ session to deepen and integrate learning so far.

  • Session 8 - Embracing the Good

    Discover what truly contributes to deep happiness .
    Learn how to move beyond your brains innate negativity bias to experience more joy, appreciation and happiness in your life.

  • Session 9 - Tending to Our Inner Garden

    Learn how to cultivate your ‘inner garden’ so that you can continue to flourish and thrive.
    We will explore how to develop a personal practice that will support your resilience and inner resource for the long term.

This course is for you if:

  • You are not open or interested in exploring yourself.
