And this can be really amplified by this underlying narrative of ‘I don’t have enough time’
We are surrounded by perpetual growth, and bombarded by messages to do more, achieve more, have more. We try to squeeze in more, more and more and in the process disconnect from our hearts and what’s dear to us.
Living in this world can just feel like too much for our nervous systems to handle at times, and it’s no surprise that we can end up feeling stressed, overwhelmed at a loss for how to find our way back to connection and ourselves.

Claire is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner with 23 years’ experience of embodied healing & personal growth.
Initially trained as an Occupational Therapist, she spent many years working in various mental health and educational settings.
She is an experienced mindfulness and yoga teacher since 2007 and has a particular interest in the relational and somatic aspects of IFS.
Claires passion is supporting women into a deeper more connected relationship with themselves, allowing for more joy and fulfilment in their life.
