When I sense Spring in the air, I often find myself enthusiastically throwing open the windows, clearing out my cupboards, and refreshing my living space…sound familiar?

Well, did you know that Spring Equinox is one of the best times of the year to cleanse and clear our body, heart and mind…?

Like taking off a heavy winter coat this is the time to let go of the heaviness, sluggishness and stagnation of the winter months, to renew and reset.

That way, we can step into the lightness and fullness of the Spring and Summer with more vitality, joy and beauty.

This weekend retreat is an opportunity to pause,
to de-clutter the mind, to nourish the body and heart,
to harness the power of this potent time,
and plant seeds of new dreams and intentions.

And all from the comfort of your own home, with the benefit of close guidance and connection from myself.

How it works…

A week before the retreat begins you will receive an email containing preparation suggestions and an ebook that will include a suggested routine for the weekend. This includes simple recipes and self-care practices that are all designed to help your body cleanse and reset, so you can step into the Spring feeling healthy and energised.

Don’t worry, I’ve kept the suggestions very simple so they will be very easy to integrate into your days!

You might choose to just engage in the whole routine, or just parts of it, or just the live yoga and deep rest sessions. This is about tuning in and listening to what your body needs. Respecting we all have different bodies and living situations, this weekend is completely flexible to your personal needs.

This weekend is about you carving out some precious time and giving yourself full permission to nourish yourself in whatever way feels GOOD!

The retreat begins on the Friday evening, with a live zoom session to support you to ease your way into the weekend. If you cannot make it to one of the sessions, or the timings don’t work for you, then you can access the recording at your leisure! There will be time to ask any questions you have over the weekend.

This is all about coming together to support each other to find our own flow. To unite in re-charging and renewing… moving from self-isolation to self-love and and celebrating stepping into the Spring with our glass full!​

What you will receive:

  • 2 x live online morning sessions.
    The morning sessions will be all about waking up the body, clearing out the mind, and rejuvenating on all levels.

  • 3 x live evening sessions. The aim of these sessions is to facilitate deep rest and restoration through the whole system.

  • Each day I will offer and teach some simple self-care practices - you can weave these into your retreat to nourish and promote renewal.

  • An e-book detailing simple meal plans for the weekend, including nutritional tips, simple recipes and self-care practices, all designed to help your body cleanse and reset,

  • You will be sent information a week before the retreat. Tips on how to prepare for the retreat, and suggestions to get the most out of the weekend.

I will include home practice suggestions that you can weave into your retreat day to support your process. These are there just as invitations… there’s no ‘should’s on this weekend!

What does the course include?

Each of the 5 live zoom sessions will include movement, breathing practices and deep rest to improve well-being on ALL levels.
You will also receive an e-book with self-care and nutritional tips, tricks and recipes to support the body-mind to cleanse, renew and rejuvenate.

Do I need to have any prior experience of yoga or retreats?

No prior experience of yoga or retreats is necessary. Please feel free to come as you are -)


What if I can’t make all the sessions?

If you can’t make a session then you will be sent the recording soon after so you can listen and explore at your leisure!

Do I have to take part in the whole retreat?

No. In fact I really encourage you to tailor the retreat to your own needs as you go.
You might just attend the morning sessions, or just the evenings ones, or all of them.
You can drop into the retreat experience as much or as little as you need, or want.
